TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By signing below I fully understand A. Oliveros Incorporated is not responsible for any items left on the bus. Also, no eating or drinking will be allowed on the bus at any time. Only water bottles are allowed. All trips must be canceled within 48 hours prior to pick up time or a 50% fee of the quoted price will be charged. Same day cancelations will be charged full price. Additionally, all customers have 30 days to pay outstanding invoices. If the payment is not paid within the agreed terms, there will be an additional fee of 10% added to the total bill. If the invoice surpasses 60 days, there will be an additional fee of 25% added to the total bill. If you fail to make payments within 90 days, your invoice will be sent to a collections agency and an additional 35% fee will be added to your total bill.
***Because our buses have other scheduled trips throughout the day, we ask for your party to please board on time. Should your scheduled departure time surpass 30 minutes we will be forced to charge a $50 fee. Every additional 30 minutes will incur a $50 fee.
***A PO number is required as a way to guarantee payment for all trips. If a PO number is not received with your reservation, the reservation will not be accepted. If your organization does not work with PO numbers please include that in your email or in the special instructions field. ***
